Through an independent engagement delivered via R.D. van Dam Services, Rainier supported the early build-up of the AML/FEC operation at Holland Casino Online and progressed from FEC Analyst to Coordinator Compliance / Team Lead. He helped build and standardise the investigation approach, combined complex casework with procedures, QA, escalation and KPI/MI, and led a team of around 15 analysts.
